- Spearheaded the end-to-end UX for Data Lineage in Salesforce Data Cloud — a critical new feature redefining how users visualize their data. Defined the vision, created a scalable design system, and partnered with product and engineering to drive execution in a 0 to 1 space.
- Designed an AI-powered status dashboard for auto-tagging and governance, enabling users to monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve privacy risks in real time.

- Led the redesign of Remember, a wellness-focused journaling app, to improve user retention through thoughtful UX and habit-forming features.
- Collaborated closely with the founder to redesign the end-to-end product — information architecture, core flows, AI interaction model, and visual identity — with an emphasis on AI-powered insights to surface meaningful patterns in users' journaling history.

Code Builder / Salesforce
